Kevin organized a Wine Making Club for the Italian Heritage Society, he coordinated the location, scheduling the shipment of the grapes and arranging for the wine barrels!
The location is this Artist Loft in Rocky Ripple
This is the fermentation tank - it holds 275 gallons of liquid in this case it would be WINE!
The grapes will sit in this containter for 8 - 10 days and then the juice will be drained and put into oak barrels where the wine will age for six months.
